Monster Hunter Outlanders tier lists: choosing a weapon for your hunts

Compare weapons against the monsters you actually fight before investing in a build.

Compare the same hunt

Use the same monster and gear level for each test. Notice whether you can keep hitting safely, recover after an attack and respond when the monster moves away.

Choose around your play style

Give mobility and safe openings extra weight if you hunt alone. For a group, agree on who can stay close and who needs room. Check the official current weapon lineup before relying on a test-era list.
