Redeem through Minecraft
Use the official redemption page and sign in to the Microsoft account you use to play. Read the offer’s edition and eligibility before redeeming. A general gift card and a campaign cape can use different sections.
If the cape does not appear
Confirm the offer applies to your Java or Bedrock edition, then restart the launcher or game on the same account. Check the offer’s delivery window before trying to redeem the same code again.
