The official beta description says the infected respond to sound. Plan a quiet path and agree on what is worth making noise for before the team opens a fight.
Extraction comes before extra loot
You can enter with up to three friends. Agree on an exit and a time to turn back, because dying before you leave costs the loot you carried.
