Choose the release you mean
Open the Steam listing for the full Dressmaker release. The developer also has an itch.io project with the same title. Verify that a tutorial applies to your edition before following it.
What about mods?
Use the developer’s release notes to check for a supported mod workflow. Preserve a copy of your saves before trying a community modification, and check whether its author names the exact version it supports.
